Service and Delivery

DELIVERY

Per person estimates include staff costs for delivery, including set-up. There is no charge for delivery within the metro area [within 10 miles from our kitchen in Uptown Minneapolis].

If the event is outside of this range, the client will be charged $2/mile round trip, to cover both mileage and staff time. For example, if the event is 60 miles away, the mileage fee would be $240 [60 miles x 2 trips x $2].

TYPES OF SERVICE

STAFFED BUFFET

For a staffed buffet, we will staff 1 server per 50-75 guests. For example, for a buffet-style event of 150 guests, we would have 2-3 servers. We charge a minimum of 2 hours for service.

PASSED SERVICE

For passed service, we staff 1 server per 30-40 guests. For example, for a passed event of 150 guests, we would have 4 servers. We charge a minimum of 2 hours for service.

FAMILY-STYLE

For family-style service, we will staff 1 server per 25-30 guests, so that each server has 3 -4 tables. For example, for a family-style event of 100 guests at 12 tables, we would staff 3-4 servers. We charge a minimum of 2 hours for service.

FULL SERVICE/PLATED MEAL

For plated service, we will staff 1 server per 15-20 guests, so that each server has 2-3 tables. For example, for a plated event of 100 guests at 12 tables, we would staff 5-6 servers. We charge a minimum of 2 hours for service.
