This month, get out on the water.
Your supper money will go to Urban Boat Builders, whose mission is to promote positive youth development through the building and use of boats. Based on University Avenue in St. Paul, their apprentice program gives young adults valuable work experience and life skills. They work with various schools, as well as the Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Facitlity to bring urban students into the shop and onto the water.
And you’ll get to paddle off into the sunset! The party takes place on Lake Josephine, and we’ll be offering canoe rides throughout the night. Stay for a bonfire and tiki-torch-lit evening by the lake.
Last month, you practiced yoga in the sprinkles with the incredible Gorilla Yogis and raised $1700 for Minnesota Reading Corps’ work helping our youngest kids learn the basics of reading. Next month, save the date for our annual E4E4E4E on July 21.
You’ll feast on trail food…
House Smoked Fish over Greens
Wild Rice, Spinach and Blueberry Salad
Whole Roasted Potatoes
S’more Pie
Hooch [Punch]
Beer from Fulton Brewery
Hosted by Dylan and friends
3200 Hamline Ave. N.
Arden Hills, MN
Saturday, June 23
7 pm and onward
We suggest a donation of $15 – $20. All are welcome, but please RSVP as this is a private party.
