About May 1st Action Coaltion:

The May 1st Action Coalition brings together individuals, community representatives and organizations to advance key workers’ struggles and immigration reform at the local level and as a model for national transformation. The Coalition organizes Seattle’s annual May Day March and Rally for Immigrant and Workers Rights to celebrate International Worker’s Day and advocate a more just and humane immigration system. In 2014, we will march to address the following themes:

  • Stop the Deportations
  • Deferred Action for all undocumented by Pres. Obama’s Executive Order
  • End the use of E-Verify and Secure Communities
  • Keep immigrant families together – attend to the needs of immigrant children and youth
  • Universal Healthcare for all
  • Raise the minimum wage to $15

Please join us! Reserve your spot asap because this is a smaller event, and tickets are going fast.

With love,

Eat for Equity Seattle Team
